The data requested from the User via forms are strictly necessary in order to provide the requested service or to contact the User.
Under no circumstances will failure to provide additional data beyond those strictly necessary result in a reduction in service quality.
The User guarantees that the personal data provided are truthful and agrees to communicate any changes to them.
The User is solely responsible for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, that may be caused to kTk KONTIKI, to the Controller, or to any third party as a result of providing false, inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated data in the forms.
If the User includes personal data of third parties, they must, prior to inclusion, inform such third parties of the provisions of this Privacy Policy and are solely responsible for doing so.
5. Commercial Communications
In accordance with Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), by checking the box provided for this purpose on the relevant page, the User expressly consents to the Controller sending, by any means of communication — including electronic — informational and promotional communications regarding her services and activities.
Such communications may include, but are not limited to:
participation in raffles, event invitations, gifts, survey participation requests, corporate information, or promotional actions related to the services offered by KTK KONTIKI.
The User may revoke their consent to the processing of their data for promotional purposes at any time, by contacting the Controller at the above-mentioned address.
