By using this website, you consent to such processing and declare that all information or data you provide are truthful and correspond to reality.
4. AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE
We currently offer free shipping to Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, and Italy.
For deliveries to other EU countries, please send an email to hello@ktk-kontiki.com to confirm whether shipping is free in your region.
5. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
To place an order, you must follow the online purchasing procedure and click on “Complete Purchase”.
You will then receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order (the “Order Confirmation”).
6. TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS
If you detect an error in your personal data entered during registration, you may correct it in the “My Account” section.
You may also correct errors related to personal information provided during the purchase process by contacting our Customer Service team at +34 616 27 47 17 or hello@ktk-kontiki.com, or by exercising your right of rectification under our Privacy Policy via lopd@ktk-kontiki.com.
This website displays confirmation windows at various steps of the purchase process that prevent you from proceeding if the required information has not been entered correctly.
You will also be able to review all items added to your shopping cart before payment, allowing you to modify order details.
If you detect an error after completing payment, please contact Customer Service immediately at the above number or email to correct the issue.
7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to product availability. If supply difficulties arise or items are out of stock, we will refund any amount you may have paid.
8. DELIVERY
Unless there are extraordinary circumstances or product customization requirements, your order will be delivered within the following timeframes:
*From Monday to Thursday, orders received before 2:00 p.m. are processed the same day and delivered within 4 to 6 business days.
*Orders placed from Friday at 12:00 p.m. through Sunday will be processed on Monday, or the next business day if Monday is a holiday.
*Orders will be shipped once payment has been received. For bank transfers, this will occur once payment is confirmed by our bank.
Deliveries and shipments are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. In addition to national holidays, regional holidays in the Community of Madrid are also considered non-working days.
Delivery times refer to the first delivery attempt by the transport company.
If, after two delivery attempts, no one is found at the delivery address, a notice will be left so you can contact the transport company to arrange a new delivery.
It is not possible to select a specific delivery time slot. Deliveries are made throughout the day, up to 7:00 p.m.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we will inform you and offer the option to continue with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or to cancel the order with a full refund.
For the purposes of these Conditions, “delivery” shall be deemed to have occurred when you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire material possession of the products, which will be confirmed by signing the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
9. FAILURE TO DELIVER
If it is impossible to deliver your order after two attempts and you have not contacted the transport company, your order will be returned to our warehouse.
If, after 15 days from the date your order became available for delivery, it has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will assume that you wish to cancel the contract.
Consequently, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from choosing a non-standard delivery method), within a maximum of 14 days.
Please note that return transport may incur additional costs, which may be deducted from your refund.
10. TRANSFER OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP
The risk of the products passes to you upon delivery.
You will acquire ownership of the products once we have received full payment, including delivery charges, or upon delivery if this occurs later.
11. PRICE AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the website include VAT.
Prices may change at any time, but such changes will not affect orders for which we have already issued an Order Confirmation.
Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase, they will appear in your shopping cart, and you will then proceed to checkout.
You must follow the purchase steps, providing or verifying the required information at each stage.
Before making payment, you will have the opportunity to review and modify your order details.
You can also view a summary of all your orders in the “My Account” section.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.
By clicking “Authorize Payment,” you confirm that the credit card is yours.
Payments by credit card and bank transfer have no additional fee.
Payments made via PayPal are subject to a 3% surcharge on the total order amount.
Credit cards are subject to verification and authorization by the issuing bank. If the bank does not authorize the payment, we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver and will not be able to finalize the contract.
Discounts and promotions are not cumulative. If, due to a technical or system error, a code is applied to a discounted item, we will contact you to confirm which promotion or discount you wish to use.
12. INVOICING
You expressly authorize us to issue invoices in electronic format, though you may request a paper invoice at any time, in which case it will be issued and sent accordingly.
13. RETURNS POLICY
13.1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are contracting as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, provided the product has not been used and all original packaging, manuals, and accessories are in perfect condition.
The right of withdrawal applies only to products returned in the same condition as received (including the product box).
No refund will be issued if the item has been used beyond simple inspection, is not in its original condition, or has been damaged.
Please handle products carefully while in your possession and return them including all original packaging, instructions, and labels.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods.

You must provide an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For exchanges, you may send the item using any carrier of your choice; the replacement item will be shipped free of charge.
13.2. Consequences of Withdrawal
Upon withdrawal, we will refund all payments received (except transport costs or PayPal commissions) within 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision.
Refunds will be made via bank transfer.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of their return.
In the case of PayPal orders, PayPal fees are non-refundable.
You are responsible for any depreciation in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products.
13.3. Returns of Defective Products
If you believe a product is defective or not as described, please contact us immediately via the Contact Form or by calling +34 616 27 47 17.
We will arrange for a courier to collect the product from your address.
We will carefully examine the returned item and notify you by email whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.
Refunds or replacements will be made as soon as possible, and in any event within 14 days of confirming that a refund or replacement is due.
Refunds will include the full price of the defective product, including delivery costs and return expenses. Refunds will be made via bank transfer.
14. WARRANTIES
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you are entitled to the legally established warranty of two years from delivery for lack of conformity of the products.
Products are deemed compliant if they:
(i) match the description provided and possess the qualities advertised on the website;
(ii) are fit for normal use; and
(iii) show the quality and performance reasonably expected of similar products.
Please note that handcrafted products may display natural variations in grain, texture, knots, or color — these are not defects but inherent characteristics of the materials.
15. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER
Except where expressly stated otherwise, our liability in relation to any product purchased on our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.
The Controller accepts no liability for misuse or improper handling of any product purchased through KTK KONTIKI.
Please follow all usage and safety instructions carefully.
16. TRANSFER OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
This contract is binding on both parties and their respective successors and assigns.
You may not transfer or assign this contract or any related rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
We may transfer or assign this contract at any time, provided that this does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
17. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure”).
Such causes include, but are not limited to:
a. Strikes, lockouts, or other industrial action;
b. Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack, war, or threat of war;
c. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, epidemic, or natural disaster;
d. Inability to use transport or telecommunications systems;
e. Governmental acts, decrees, or restrictions.
During the Force Majeure period, obligations shall be suspended and deadlines extended accordingly.
18. WAIVER
Our failure to require your strict performance of any obligation shall not constitute a waiver of our rights.
No waiver shall be effective unless expressly stated in writing.
19. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Conditions is declared invalid by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Conditions, together with any referenced documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior understandings or agreements.
21. RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to revise and amend these Conditions at any time.
You will be subject to the Conditions in force at the time you use this website or place your order, unless legal or governmental requirements require retroactive changes.
22. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The use of this website and the purchase of products through it shall be governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
Consumers retain their rights under applicable consumer protection law.
