WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
Delivery to Spain, Portugal, Germany, France, and Italy is free of charge for all orders.
For orders to other EU countries, please email us at hello@ktk-kontiki.com to confirm whether shipping fees apply.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
From Monday to Friday, orders received before 2:00 p.m. are processed the same day and delivered within 4 to 6 business days, provided that both days are working days.
Orders placed from Friday at 2:00 p.m. through Sunday are processed on Monday or, if applicable, on the next business day.
Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, and delivery times refer to the first delivery attempt by the carrier.
For shipping purposes, in addition to national holidays, regional holidays in the Community of Madrid are also considered non-working days.
Orders are dispatched once payment has been correctly received (in the case of bank transfers, once the funds have cleared in our account).
Deliveries to the Balearic Islands may take one or two additional days.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER IF IT’S NOT WHAT I EXPECTED?
Of course! We know it’s not always easy to choose the right color, so if you need to make a return, you have 14 calendar days to do so.
Simply write to us by email or WhatsApp, and we’ll be happy to explain how to complete your return.
WHAT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT?
It’s very easy!
If you’d like to exchange your item for another one, just let us know which product you’d prefer, and a courier will pick up your order and deliver the new one at no extra cost.
WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
After two delivery attempts, if the courier cannot reach anyone, you will receive a notification so you can contact them and arrange a new delivery time that suits you.
It’s very important to include your phone number in your contact details so the courier can reach you or organize another delivery if you’re not home.
CAN I SPECIFY A DELIVERY TIME SLOT?
Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer this service at the moment.
Orders are delivered throughout the day, up until 7:00 p.m.
